Fruit Harvest

Harvesters lower the cluster over crib, and are transported to the funicular and through this the fruit is taken to packing.

 Quality Control "Cluster Cut"

Once the grapes arrived to the packing , the field inspector confirms length and grade of bananas for export, also check almond, firmess his approval. Once confirmed the quality of the cluster by the inspector , the selectors come to make precise cuts in the hands of the bunch , avoiding spoiling the fruit, thus helping to maintain the quality standards required.

Weight and atomization.

After the fruit has been subjected to the washing process, it goes through a Foggins post- harvest spray system where healing and fungicides are used to maintain optimal health conditions before receiving approval quality supervisors.
